Right to Refuse Entry or Service

Pricing

All advertised specials and promotional offers are made available in good faith and are intended to provide fair and reasonable access to all customers.

Advertised promotional items are guaranteed to be available until 3:00 PM on the advertised date, unless otherwise stated.

In the event that an advertised item is sold out prior to 3:00 PM due to unforeseen demand or supply limitations, management may, at its discretion, offer a suitable substitute product of equal or comparable value to fulfil the promotion.

Where a suitable substitute is unavailable, management may choose to provide a rain check, allowing the customer to purchase the advertised item at the promotional price once stock becomes available again. Rain checks are issued at management's discretion and may be subject to availability, supplier constraints, or specified redemption periods.

To ensure fair access for all customers, management reserves the right to apply reasonable purchase limits on promotional or advertised items. Any limits will be determined based on stock availability, demand, and operational requirements.

Management also reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or correct promotional offers in the event of printing errors, supplier shortages, pricing inaccuracies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
